Zuffa LLC, dba the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), is the global leader of the rapidly growing sport of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and the No.1 pay-per-view live event provider in the world. We are now looking for a Mandarin-speaking intern to accompany Chinese mixed martial arts (MMA) athletes in Las Vegas between December 28 and February 5.
Location: Las Vegas
Job Description:This is a full-time opportunity to assist Chinese athletes while they train mixed martial arts in Las Vegas. The intern would act as a full-time translator for the athletes during their training, drive the fighters to and from training, drive the fighters to and from shopping and accompany the athletes during other activities in Las Vegas, and provide general assistance to the fighters during their stay as required. The intern would live with the fighters in a rented apartment. The intern would attend two UFC events with the athletes on December 30 and February 4 to start and end the internship. The intern would also have the option to train with the athletes if he/she wanted. The UFC will cover the cost for housing and provide a certain amount of stipend.
Job Requirements:
Full-time: 28 Dec to 5 Feb.
Fluency in English and Chinese.
Relevant experience in sport company or travel agency will be preferred.
Driver's licence is a must.
Ability to plan and organize to Chinese figthers
Strong communication skills.
Dynamic in sport.
