I really want to change my schedule to early bed, early getting up. But it's so hard. Does anybody know any tricks to do that? In the night, I'm so awake, in the morning, nothing can pull me out of the bed.
No tricks really.You need to shift the bed time earlier each day by one hour or sountil you can get up at desired time. ?It takes discipline and persistence.Try to avoid doing things that will make you excited or alert at night.Plan you day so that at night you are relaxing to slumber.Sleep needs to be wooed. :-)
