Job Description:
- According to the company’s development strategy, develop the U.S. regional human resources planning, prepare manpower budget, promote the implementation of strategy implementation, organizational structure optimization and adjustment.
- According to the development requirements of the enterprise and departments, according to different departments of different positions to develop reasonable training programs.
- According to the requirements of the company, carry out the recruitment, training, performance assessment, compensation, labor relations management and other professional human resources management in the United States.
- Responsible for developing core talent promotion management system and form tools, establishing an orderly promotion process, and improving promotion management efficiency.
- Review career structures for developmental purposes, provide performance management expertise and assistance to sustain the highest quality workforce.
- Docking with the U.S. regional warehouses, responsible for data collection, data summary analysis, regular preparation of organizational effectiveness, talent management and other aspects of the data.
- Organize and carry out the daily work of human resource management in each regional warehouse in the U.S., guide and supervise the subordinate departments to complete the personnel work tasks.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 8 years of HRBP experience in U.S
- Familiar with warehousing industry business and required skills requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and attention to detail, and excellent communication skills and capability to interface at all levels of the organization.
- Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills and demonstrate the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Excellent knowledge of Chinese and English (verbal and written) is required.
