我还是stick to cast iron好了,以前家里用的就是cast iron大铁锅,amazon上有大尺寸的wok(search"cast iron wok"),并且做得比拟薄比拟轻(就是不知道耐用度如何,这种质料的原来就容易碎裂,记得小时候我妈还铲破过一口锅
),lodge也有大wok,但是同样尺寸的要重一倍,和我现在用的12寸的一样厚,好比下面这个
