• Accounting Assistant 会计助理· Collect payments from customer. 收帐· Email customer statements. 发账单· Maintain customer files. 管理顾客资料· Data entry.数据登记· Process daily sales invoices and credits. 数据登记· Verify vendor invoices. 查账· Reconcile statements and invoices. 对账· Prepare AR reports. 收账报告· Performs other duties as assigned. 其他工作
• IT Specialist技术专员· Install, configure & troubleshoot desktop/PC/mobility operating system, hardware, software, and app, video conference, security, network connectivity, and remote support.· Set up and maintain security camera system and warehouse badge system.· Perform printer/scanner support and maintenance.· Build-up and maintain IT infrastructure in terms of WAN/LAN network, telephones, audio and video conference, end-user computing, etc.· Maintain IT equipment inventory, IT assets and manage the e-waste process.· On-site IT support for warehouse daily business operations.· Other projects assigned by warehouse Director and IT Director.
• Production Engineer工程师· Track production processes (cycle time, phase time, yield, etc.)· Investigate problems, and ensure processes meet expectations· Work with other technical and operations personnel to find ways to improve existing processes (reduce cycle time, improve yield etc.)· Evaluate efficiency of operations practices· Participate in and help ensure reaction area maintains compliance with plant management systems (ISO, PSM, Responsible Care etc.)· Design responsibilities for small to medium sized equipment may be required on new processes to the plant.
