岗位职责：
- 三个月的试用期时间，在仓库中轮岗，学习仓库的基本操作流程
- 通过试用期后，会分配到不同的地区和工作岗位上
- 工作统筹安排，组内员工的排班、到岗点名、绩效考核和新员工的培训等
- 保障入库完成率、及时率和准确率，来货异常情况及时沟通反馈
- 负责入库区域5S维护
- 督促组员严格遵守公司各项管理制度，确保安全作业，做好各位收货上架设备的维护和保养以及充电

岗位要求：
- 大专及以上学历
- 能够同时具备良好的英文听说读写能力
- 有大型跨境电商或海外仓立体仓库管理工作经验（1年及以上）
- 能够熟练操作叉车等仓库作业设备
- 熟练使用office等办公软件
- 具备良好的沟通管理能力，能够组织协调入库组的各项工作
- 熟练使用WMS等仓储管理系统，对入库流程有较好的理解
- 具备较强的责任心和团队精神，吃苦耐劳，能承受一定工作压力
- 在美国有合法工作身份（公司不sponsor H1B或其他身份）

优先考虑：
- Previous WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience.
- Forklift experience or certification
