Responsibilities
• Own and hit/exceed monthly/ annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
• Maximum the company’s profit, a strong understanding of sales
• Able to execute weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals from C-level executives
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• Seek out major clients & developing a relationship with them
• Follow a structured sales methodology as well as meet/exceed sales quotas
• Keep a close eye on the activities of competitors and report the upper manager
• Implement an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking progress
Attributes:
• BS/MS degree in Sales or a related field
• Exceptional communication and negotiating skills
• Demonstrable experience in sales together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Ability to build relationships with peers and customers
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Analytical skills: use data-driven reports to increase sales.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
