Administrative /Accounting Assistant
Role and Responsibilities: 1. Process Commissions charges 2. Reconcile bank accounts 3. Manage accounts payable and maintain accurate files of invoices or other source documents- Oversee Vendor Relationships 4. Receives and distributes payroll checks to employees on payday. 5. Create and maintain employee personnel files; 6. Create, maintain and organize employee W-2,I-9 forms in accordance with employment law requirements and internal records retention policy 7. Order office supplies and provide an inventory control system; 8. May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields 2. QuickBooks experience is a big plus 3. Must be an excellent communicator and be comfortable speaking with people 4. Must be authorized to working for any employers in the US; 5. Must Speak Chinese / Mandarin.
