1. facilitating discovery workshops with client and/or internal team membeers in order to capture requirements and use cases
2. reviewing client business process documentation and data
3. capturing high level functional and non-dunctional requirements
4. developing use cases for gaps in exisiting software functionalitiy
preferred skills:
1. superior written and verbal English skills
2. a foundational understanding of project management
3. knolwdge of test case creation
