·诚招职位：贷款咨询顾问

·职位要求：

1.具备优质的中英文口头、书面表达能力，能够清晰明确的传达思想并能够洞悉沟通中出现的问题。具备很强的团队合作意识和能力；

2.能够自主建立发展客户源，建立自己的长期客户网络并维持客户关系；

3.具备一定的金融系统性知识，了解商业银行贷款基本流程，能够根据客户不同情况的需要选择合适的金融产品；

4.具备银行或其他金融机构经验者优，具备房屋贷款、商业贷款等工作经验者优；

5.有责任心、上进心、耐心；

6.公民、绿卡持有者优。

·薪资：底薪+佣金（面议）

·工作类型：全职或兼职

·Position: loanofficer/consultant

·Responsibility andrequirements:

1. fluent written andverbal Chinese and English communication skills. Be able to express yourselfclearly and enable to figure out the communication problems.

2.Be able to build up your ownclients network and long term consistent referral network. Maintain clientsrelationship.

3.Has a basic systematicunderstanding of finance industry. Understand basic procedure of loan. Be ableto customize and choose the suitable financial products for different clients.

4.Priority for candidates withbanking and institutional experience. Priority for candidate with mortgage andcommercial loan experience.

5.Has a strong sense ofresponsibility, ambitious and patient.

6.Prefer Citizen and permanentresident.

·Salary:base+commission(negotiable)

·Position type: full time/part time.
