RESPONSIBILITIES
The Financial Consultant is responsible for identifying needs, understanding client objectives, and making appropriate recommendations consistent with compliance standards in an effort to achieve sales results and long term client satisfaction.
Calling, writing & e-mailing clients or prospects.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
Provides exceptional customer service at all stages of the process
Professional and effective interpersonal skills
Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
0-2 years of professional work environment experience
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Must be Bilingual (English and Chinese)
