A licensed homecare agency in Chinatown is hiring a HR Coordinator. Candidates with knowledge of DOH regulationsand minimum 1 year of home care experience will be preferred.
Position: Home Care HRCoordinator (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
· Assistswith the hiring, onboarding and training sessions of all caregivers
· Performspre-employment background checks and verifications for new hires and schedulesfingerprint appointment as necessary
· Ensurethat all personnel files are in compliance with federal and state regulations
· Ensurethat all caregiver data are timely migrated into HHAeXchange and well managed
· Managetelephone calls in a supportive and professional manner
· Otherduties as assigned
Requirements:
· Priorexperience in home care/health care and HHAeXchange preferred
· Knowledgeof DOH regulations and minimum 1 year of HR coordinator experience preferred
· Proficientin MS Word, Excel, Outlook
· Fluentin both English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must)
· Excellentcommunication and coordination skills
· Attentionto detail and ability to work both independently and in a team
· Abilityto maintain a high degree of confidentiality
