· Administration job: Answerphones, scheduling, copies, ordering, check mail, check in -out clients, tackleshort term long term projects as needed, image database, keeping work area clean etc.
· Hiring job: Post hiring requirement, manage interview,establish staff information system etc.
· Financial job: Manage and assist with daily operationsincluding: Check Runs, Cash Receipts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,Fixed Asset Activity, and Debt Activity
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing all otherprojects and other duties as needed
