Every room is very large.
Because we have to go back to China for a long time, there is no one take care of our apartment, I just want some one who can live in the house.
You can discuss the rent with me freely, I wish that you can manage the plants around the house well after you move in.
You can choose to rent it in a short time or a long time; the residential area is closed-off management, there is an entrance guard in the building.
The visitors have to register to enter in; the residential area has camera to monitor in twenty-four hours.
The apartment has alert system after you install it ( you have to pay for it if you use this system).
When you are out, there is infrared ray to monitor in apt, the owner of the building has checked it in the past six month.
Crime Report: the residential area has no report，there are some unimportant and light reports.
Compared with other apt community, the safety quality is very high in our apartment. The surroundings of the apartment, there are hotels, residential area, automobile dealer and so on, the surroundings are safe and simple, and there are also some individual parks, parking lots and fitness room behind the villa.

Walk-In Closets, bathroom and the kitchen is solid wood floor，and the other area has carpets on the floor.
The apartment can receive packages for you, and there is a storage room for packages. The office hour of the apartment: 7 days a week.
Bark Park is an area which opens for dogs, you can let your dogs play there which is very suitable for partners who have dogs.
