- Business Development with Customer relationships.
- Contact customers to maintain and increase retention and coverage
- Provide first call resolution to retain customer's loyalty - analyze customer's needs and determine the best solution quickly and logically
- Manage and coordinate the processing, communication, and implementation of all Customer account on-boarding
- Identify additional revenue generating opportunities
- Update our CRM database
- Answer multi-line telephone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate individuals or assist client with scheduling
- Schedule client appointments and coordinate cancellation
Require :
- Biligual speaker (Chinese and English)
- Clear communication skill
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
