• Business Development with Customer relationships.
• Contact customers to maintain and increase retention and coverage
• Provide first call resolution to retain customer's loyalty - analyze customer's needs and determine the best solution quickly and logically
• Manage and coordinate the processing, communication, and implementation of all Customer account on-boarding
• Identify additional revenue generating opportunities
• Update our CRM database
• Answer multi-line telephone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate individuals or assist client with scheduling
• Schedule client appointments and coordinate cancellation
  

Require :

• Biligual speaker (Chinese and English)
• Clear communication skill
  

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
