Functional LifeAchievement, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization providing EarlyIntervention services with our commitment to help each child develop theknowledge, skills and abilities necessary for a successful future. We provide comprehensive clinical evaluation, provisionalservices and case management. The services are provided by LicensedPsychologist, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech and LanguagePathologists, Special Educators and Certified Social Workers. We also provide AppliedBehavior Analysis (ABA) for children. We dedicate ourselves to helping children and families fromall cultures. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Early Intervention system to maintain data accurately and on time
- Maintain documentation as per Early Intervention policies and requests
- Provide assistance for administrative work when requested
- Any other tasks may be assigned by the supervisor

- Detail oriented and well organized
- Office computer skills
