Hi, I'm looking for (a) temporary subtenant(s) to stay at this large and comfy studio for TWO months (July to August), but the space will be available on 28th June. The studio already has furnitures (bed, desk, closet, kitchen tools, lamp...), so the only things you need are your personal belongings and excitement. :) Yep, if you want to hang out in Central Park or check out other attractions, they are right here!

LOCATION:
This studio is super clean and you just can't beat the location: West 58th Street. There are CVS, MORTON WILLIAMS, STARBUCKS, Whole Foods nearby, and there's a large shopping mall--the Shops at Columbus Circle within minutes. Besides, it is close to the Hell's Kitchen area, so there are tons and tons of restaurants, you name it.

It is actually convenient to reach everywhere in New York City, you can even walk to some famous spots in Manhattan: 7 minutes to Central Park, 15 minutes to Time Square, 20 mins to Fifth Avenue...
