Your Mission The Technical Support Representative is the second touch point ofcontact for customers when they have issues with First Data services. TheTechnical Support Representative will provide support using phone, email andrelevant web based tools to solve customer issue with First Data POS equipmentsand services. The Role: This individual will work closely with sales and account managers tobuild working relationships and continue knowledge sharing. The support team isoften the most common way our customersinteract with us, so it is important to provide top class support with anability to smile “through the phone”. · Assist customers and sale agentswith technical support for POS equipments and credit card terminals including Nurit, Hypercom,Verifone, Eclipse, Pax, Clover Stations, check services, and wirelessterminals; · Provide technical support for allterminals such as general troubleshooting, reprogram equipment , downloadingnew applications and training; · Inspect returned equipment forfunctionality and possible replacement issues; · Answerincoming queries from customers and colleagues. Qualifications · Bilingualin Chinese and English is required; · Experiencein customer support within technology or digital marketing verticals preferredbut not required; · Efficientin Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook; · Abilityto communicate politely in all possible situations; · Takespride in providing a high level of service and delivering a consistentperformance; · Thrivein a high paced performance-oriented environment. · Extremely organized and detail oriented withstrong follow-through skills; · Ability to maintain calm under pressure; Salary Commensuratewith experience.
