RelianceStar Payment Services is looking for a tech-savvy, Korean and Chinese speakingmerchant services client support specialist to join our growing team.
- Provide customers, sales agents,and clients with courteous customer service and technical support in person orover the phone
- Retain present customers anddevelop new business from existing customers by extending professional andefficient service and suggesting additional services and products to servecustomers’ needs.
- Answer technical questions on useand implementation of credit card terminals and POS system in a timely andprofessional manner.
