Reliance Star Payment Services is looking for a tech-savvy, Chinesespeaking merchant services client support specialist to join our growingteam.
- Provide customers, sales agents, and clients with courteous customer service and technical support in person or over the phone
- Retain present customers and develop new business from existing customers by extending professional and efficient service and suggesting additional services and products to serve customers’ needs.
- Answer technical questions on use and implementation of credit card terminals and POS system in a timely and professional manner.
