Gesoo.com is the largest crowdsourcing platform providingon-demand delivery service for Chinese community in North America. From ourfounding in 2014 to our launches in Los Angeles and San Francisco Bay Areatoday, we aim to meet the delivery needs of customers within 150 miles and helpbusinesses like restaurants/supermarkets/stores to increase revenue. With ourstrong technical support, customers can easily order any items from anyrestaurant/supermarket/store via Gesoo website and Gesoo APP. As we have launchedin LA and SF, Gesoo is currently expanding to New York and we are looking for aCustomer Support / PR Associate.

Responsibilities:

·        Customer Support：培训司机运用我们的软件，入驻流程，备文案，培训整个操作流程。解决司机在工作过程中产生的问题。

·        PR: 寻找联系一些华人年轻人的团体，如纽约各个大学学生会，华人创业活动，美食协会等这些团体，和他们一起举办一些活动，event

Qualifications:

·        1-2年工作经验，大学毕业生

·        有面对客人，帮助客人解决问题的经验，如做过前台等

·        能妥善处理各种文件，备案

·        有Marketing, PR, Event基本知识或背景

·        沟通交流能力强，社交能力强

·        需有身份

·        住法拉盛周围

Other：

·        做得好有升薪，升职机会

·        工资：$2000左右, 给员工保险
