Building condition:
Brand new building, super clean. Have door men, they could help you receive package.
In the bed room, have Queen bed and sofa ( could unfold use as another bed).
Payment:
$1550 per month for this bed room. ( Including water and gas fee.)
Share electricity and internet fee with the other 2 roommates. ( All girls, studying in SVA.)
