Responsibilities
• Assist customers and sale agents with technical support for POS equipments and credit card terminals including Nurit, Hypercom, Verifone, Eclipse, check services, and wireless terminals;
• Replace and reprogram equipment;
• Daily functions included account updates and ownership changes;
• Inspect returned equipment for functionality and possible replacement issues;
• Provide technical support for all POS equipments and credit card terminals such as general troubleshooting, downloading new applications and training;
• Set up new account entries in the gateway and assisted with shopping cart integration.
Qualifications
• Bilingual in Chinese and English is required;
• Experience in merchant service industry preferred;
• Efficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Strong responsibility ethics and able to work well with a team;
• Professional attitude and dependable;
• Extremely organized and detail oriented with strong follow-through skills;
• Ability to maintain calm under pressure;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; and
