H1B 被 RFE (Marketing Research Analyst) 寻求帮助!

刚收到RFE要求八月初回复。本人本科和硕士均是学的数学(统计)，公司是教育培训机构，规模不超过15人。用的Marketing Research Analyst申请的H1B现在面临RFE如下：
Submit evidence that the proffered position involves a specialty occupation. One or more of the following criteria must be met:
•        A bachelor's or higher degree or its equivalent that is normally the minimum entry requirement for the position; the required degree must be related to the position to be filled.
•        The degree requirement is common to the industry, or in the alternative, the position is so complex or unique that it can be performed only by an individual with a degree;
•        The employer normally requires a degree or its equivalent for the position; or
•        The nature of the specific duties is so specialized and complex that the knowledge required to perform the duties is usually associated with the attainment of a bachelor's or higher degree.

Submit a detailed statement to:
•        Explain the beneficiary's proposed duties and responsibilities,
•        Indicate the percentage of time devoted to each duty,
•        State the educational requirements for these duties, and
•        Explain how the beneficiary's education relates to the position.
