RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead, motivate, manage and develop the HR Support Services function
• Lead HR team to deliver world class HR support and services to the business
• Deliver high quality HR Operational services that are efficient and effective from a business perspective.
• Provide advice and support to the Business Unit in areas of communication on policies, practices and processes,
• Ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services.
• Manage vendors and other stakeholders with regards to timely and quality HR service.
• Managing other operational support functions like recruitment, on-boarding, termination activities, international mobility etc and ensuring risk control measures are in place under these functions
• Provide timely and effective HR advise to business on long and short term strategies
• Develop people plan and strategy and implement it across different business and functions
• Support business and functions by providing tools, process and policies in regard to talent management, compensation & rewards, employment regulations, recruitment and performance management
• Able to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage具备良好的中英双语能力
