从国内带来很多银链子，自己囤着用，后来一想又觉得太多就在EBAY上转掉一部分，结果碰到一个买家硬说链子不是925的，要退钱。
已经转掉很多条了，都没问题。所以这个买家在胡扯。链子就3刀
买家态度也不好，买家说：
Yeah there is NOTHING silver about these necklaces! There NOT even silver plated!!! Please give me a refund. Thanks!
然后我回复：
If the item does not satisty your desire, please send it back for possible refund. Please keep in mind that any damage on the item will result the decrease of amount of refund； substitution will be reported to authority and there will be no refund for sure; the shipping fee is at buyer's cost. Nice doing business with you.
买家最后回复：
You're commiting fraud which is a Felony offense and I have the evidence that I will be sending to your local authorities! So good Luck！

If you insist with your decision of disliking this item, you can either provide an official document against the authenticity of my item, or send it back to me for possible refund. Again, I have been offering you the chance to get your money back even when you started threatening me with some rediculous reasons. I do not understand why you asked for your refund yet you still don't want to send the item back. But I think you know what you are doing. I have been selling this necklace for weeks; I run my business along with any kind of lawful regulations. If you want to keep avoiding in sending the item back and having the refund at the same time, please feel free to complain.
我就怕激怒她，事情会比较麻烦。
所以来伟大的华人，看看有没有其他解决办法。
