工作地点：纽约Location: New York
1. 五年以上本地学习或工作经验，熟悉当地学校和教育。At least 5 years local work experience in real estate or other investment business, familiar with local schools and education system.
2. 22岁-40岁, 精通英语国语。Age:22-40, Bilingual in both English and Chinese.
3. 本科以上Post-Secondary education or higher
4. 熟练运用办公室软件。Familiar with all office software.
5. 聪明亲切有团队合作精神，分析问题及解决问题能力强。Friendly and team player, good problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.
