1. 五年以上本地学习或工作经验，熟悉纽约当地各政府、各机构和企业。At least 5 years local work experience in real estate or other investment business, has a previous close working relationship with the local government
2. 30岁以上，精通英语丶国语。Age:30-40, Bilingual in both English and Chinese.
3. 专科以上教育背景Post-Secondary education or higher
4. 与客户沟通能力强，优秀的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验。Outstanding interpersonal communication and a true team leader.
5. 具有高度的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强。Good business and market sense, excellent problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.
