I recommend you to buy a George Foreman Grill... with that, most of my meals are cooked in For steak, it takes about 5 minutes... I also use it for chicken breast (3-5 minutes), fish fillet (2-3 minutes), bone in wings (5-8 minutes), shrimp, scallop, green pepper , red pepper, mushroom, asparagus (2 minutes), potato slices, etc. For meat/seafood, just sautee with salt and pepper and put it in directly (of course after defrost). For veggie and seafood, usepeppers in large slices, whole mushroom, whole asparagus... they need some oil, you can either miranade it with oil and salt or do what I did. I typically put them in a box withoil and salt, shake the container. Other than steaks, you can pretty much prep, cook and clean all in 5 minutes.
